How is appointment data protected and processed?
Appointment data is stored with Hetzner in Nuremberg; AI text processing uses Vertex AI in the EU and live AI calls use Gemini Live in the USA under the DPF and SCCs. The published DPA forms part of the contract under the Terms. The booking customer remains responsible for the legal basis, notices and configuration.
