All prices are net and exclude VAT. The module requires an n3tz base plan and is already included in Premium. Light, Standard and Premium include different SMS volumes and recommended appointment capacities. Additional SMS cost €0.25 net; the current pricing page remains authoritative.

Do I need AI Phone?
No. The booking page and calendar workflows work as their own module. AI Phone adds phone calls as an input.
Does n3tz book every request automatically?
No. Only when appointment type, availability and your rules match. Otherwise n3tz creates a traceable case or task for your team.
Which calendars are supported?
The exact calendar connection is checked during setup. The website does not promise universal compatibility with every calendar or custom configuration.
Are SMS unlimited?
No. Each base plan includes a volume of successfully sent SMS; the unit price on the pricing page applies above it.
Does n3tz send review requests automatically?
Only when you explicitly configure that workflow. The request stays neutral and is not filtered by presumed satisfaction.
