Griffi. The AI colleague that answers calls and then handles the office work.

Eight markets · one Griffi HQ

One Griffi. A launch built for each market.

Griffi brings contacts, business knowledge, cases and tasks together in one HQ. Each market gets its own profile for language, currency, tax rates, document fields and delivery routes. Nothing goes live until the real local workflow has been tested and signed off.

International without shortcuts

Translation is only the starting point.

A workflow is genuinely local only when the input, context, document, approval and delivery route all fit the market. A country profile is not a flag switch, and it is never a blanket compliance promise.

01

One shared core

Contacts, knowledge, tasks, drafts and approvals stay in one product.

02

A market-specific profile

Language, currency, tax rates, required fields and delivery routes are configured for each market.

03

A proven first workflow

The business and a local expert sign off one real case from start to finish.

Launching in a new market

Start with one recurring workflow and prove it locally.

  1. 1

    Choose the first workflow

Pick a frequent case with a known input, a real recipient and a measurable outcome.

  2. 2

    Test the local route

The business and a local expert verify the fields, tax treatment, format, telephony and delivery path.

  3. 3

    Prove it end to end

Only after the first workflow succeeds from input to delivery do we enable that route for more cases.

Questions about country profiles

What it means when Griffi is ready for a market

Are all country profiles already live?

No. The shared Griffi core and the profiles are prepared, but local document, provider and delivery routes remain disabled until the first pilot has been verified by an expert.

Is a country pack just a translation?

No. It also defines the currency, tax profile, required fields, formats and permitted delivery routes. The actual transaction still determines what applies.

Does every market need a local phone number?

No. Telephony is optional. We activate a local number only after checking availability, the provider route and language quality.

Does Griffi promise local legal or tax compliance?

No. We make no blanket legal or tax promise. Each page links to an official source, and the real case is reviewed with local expertise before launch.

How do we start?

Choose one recurring case with a real recipient, a clear human approval step and a measurable outcome.

Which workflow should we make work locally first?

In the first call, we define the market, delivery route and pilot outcome. You leave knowing what Griffi can handle today and what still needs local validation.
