Meet n3tz

We connect software with the work behind it.

n3tz is a software company for process improvement, custom development, and consulting. We combine our own products with implementation that fits. We use AI where it brings a practical benefit to your business.

01 Engineering meets business experience

Our founding team combines software engineering with experience in consulting, process improvement, and industrial digitalization. That brings both technical possibilities and the demands of everyday business into our decisions.

02 Products and projects learn from each other

Griffi, Atlas, Academy, and Quality Lab address different needs. What we learn from development, implementation, and review informs our wider work.

AI can build software faster. Experience decides whether it becomes a product.

03 Responsibility stays visible

Clear ownership, verifiable results, and deliberate approvals are part of our work. We discuss the scope and limits of a solution openly.

Tarik Ermis · Software architect & founder

Software development since 2016, AI projects since 2021: my experience spans custom business software, document intelligence, and real-time voice systems. I have led engineering teams of up to ten people. At n3tz, I own architecture, product, and delivery through day-to-day operation.

New tools for your office, now and then by email.

When we publish something that takes work off your hands, like the e-invoice validator, you get a short email. No fixed schedule, and we never share or sell your address.

Let’s talk about your business.

I’ll get back to you personally. Tarik Ermis, founder of n3tz
